Shipping and returns methods

Delivery time may be longer in remote areas Shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday.

Order Delay

In case of any delay of your order, you can contact Alexandra & Olga during the working days, so that we can inform you about the exact delivery time.

Possible reasons for delaying your order

The product you ordered is not available: In case the product you ordered has been sold out and its availability in the system has not been updated, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives or even cancel it. of the order without financial burden.

In times of extreme weather or strikes or in any case of force majeure.

Ιn case it is impossible to contact you by phone or e-mail or the information you have entered is not properly updated.

Insurance

Every product is insured from the moment our store leaves until the moment of delivery. “Delivery / Receipt” will be considered as taking place upon signing the receipt of the products at the agreed address. The risk for the products passes to you from the time of delivery / receipt. Please check that the package has not been damaged before signing the carrier’s receipt.

Returns policy

You have the right to return the product you bought within ten (10) working days from the date you receive the products. You reserve the right to change the products you bought with products of equal or greater value.

Refund is NOT possible. An exception to this is a possible error between ordering and shipping or if the product is defective. Refunds are processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days of receiving your refund. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, their labels have not been worn, washed or removed. You are responsible for the safety of the products upon return.

Product returns

In case of return, the costs for the return and receipt of the order should be covered by the customer.

CAUTION!

The return / exchange must take place within ten (10) calendar days from the day of receipt. After ten days no product can be returned. If the above conditions are not met, the refund can not be accepted.

*Returns on underwear, socks and jewellery are not accepted.
